top left: Elwe (called Thingol, ruler of Doriath, husband of Melian the Maia, father of Luthien Tinuviel)

top right: Curufinwe (called Feanor, Spirit of Fire and Kinslayer, son of Finwe and Miriel, crafter of the Silmarils, sworn foe of Melkor whom he named Morgoth)

bottom left: Fingolfin (High King of the Noldor, son of Finwe and Indis, who stood against Morgoth and did not let him leave unscathed)

bottom right: Earendil (the first mortal man to ever navigate across to Western Sea and set foot in Valinor, whose skillfully crafted ship was set sail in the heavens and named as the star Gil-Estel)
